Laughter

With laughter comes the realization that all things come to pass, that life evolves through cycles of change. We can enjoy these cycles or resist them, says Dianne Dreher, author of “The Tao of Inner Peace”.

Have you noticed how much better you feel after a good laugh?

There is increasing research about the healthy benefits of laughter. Laughter can facilitate stress reduction, pain and conflict management. It relaxes the body, improves respiration, activates the immune system, stimulates the production of endorphins and potentially protect the heart by increasing blood flood.

And speaking of inner peace, laughter binds people together in the joy of harmony.

Thanks I finally came to a website where the webmaster knows what they’re talking about. Do you know how many results are in Google when I search.. too many! It’s so irritating having to go through page after page after page, wasting my day away with thousands of owners just copying eachother’s articles… bah. Anyway, thanks for the information anyway, much obliged.
