On Forgiveness
Sometimes our relationships with beloved relatives can suffer from our unwilling mistakes. I have been thinking about the tremendous pain that may be caused when it becomes difficult or even impossible at first to forgive someone.
The power of forgiveness resides in our capacity to be sensitive and listen to others with an open mind and heart in a deep desire to heal a relationship. We all make mistakes and life goes on. When we find the constructive element in a situation, understanding and the potential for forgiveness expand. There is a purpose for each of our experiences, however hidden it might be. My heart renews its fellowship with every other heart.
And I would add, through moments of serene introspection let Peace arise sublime!
I welcome your comments and sharing of personal experiences.
